Parameters to be considered

Filtration units for process water recovery in food industry are exspecially adapted systems that have to fullfill the folling parameters:

  • Turbidity
  • Chemical Oxigen Demand (COD)
  • Sediments
  • Suspended solids
  • Soluble chemicals
  • Bacteriological parameters
  • Water hardness
  • Iron, manganese, copper among others

Furthermore one has to take account of the opportunity to release cleaned water to surface or to recycle it. A combination of both is also possible.
