Your data will be processed for the execution of the contract existing between you and our company and for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations and the obligations resulting from the order and the contract itself.
In detail, your data will be collected and processed for the following purposes: Preparation of test reports for soil analyses, reminders about the due date of the soil analysis, anonymized use of the results of the soil analyses for statistical purposes.

c) Entities/persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed

Your data may be disclosed to auditors, tax consultants, banking institutions, insurance companies – for example, without any claim to completeness – in order to provide the agreed service.
Only data that is absolutely necessary for the execution of the required service and for the fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting, balance sheet, ecc.) will be disclosed.
The disclosure of this data is obligatory for the execution of the concluded contract and the possible withholding of this data will result in the company not being able to provide the agreed services.

d) Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations 

Your data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

e) Duration of storage of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for the period strictly necessary for the performance of the agreed contractual service and in compliance with all other civil and tax law provisions that may prescribe longer storage periods.

f) Rights of the data subject and revocation of consent

You have the right at any time to request access to your data from the data controller and to request that this data be corrected or deleted. You will receive a written response within 30 days, unless an oral response is expressly requested; this response may also be made by electronic means. In addition, you have the right to request the restriction of processing or to object to it.

g) Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If you consider that your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

h) Distinction between mandatory or optional data disclosure and consequences of data non-communication. 

The mandatory disclosure of data concerns only the data necessary for the purposes envisaged in point b); failure to disclose such data will have the consequence that the contract concluded or the service agreed upon cannot be properly performed, and therefore it cannot be carried out.

i) Automated decision-making processes

The Controller does not make use of automated decision-making processes in relation to your personal data.
